In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of top business apps on the Android platform in Germany showed varied trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here, we provide insights into the top five business apps based on data from Sensor Tower.

Microsoft's Authenticator app experienced a consistent weekly download rate, peaking at approximately 43K by the end of March. Its active user base grew steadily from 1.25M to 1.73M throughout the quarter.

Microsoft Teams saw significant growth in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads surged to nearly 58K by the last week of March, while active users increased from 1.43M to 2.67M, indicating strong engagement.

For Zoom Workplace, weekly revenue showed a gradual rise, reaching about $5.9K in late February. Downloads saw a slight decline from an early peak of 32K to around 26.5K by the end of March, with active users marginally decreasing from 901K to 764K.
